Rody Diyoka
Founder & Managing Principal
Rody Diyoka founded Diyoka Enterprises to hold and operate the businesses he builds. His work began in real estate — lot acquisition and luxury residential development in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets of Arizona — and now spans development, acquisitions, commodities, an operating painting company, and technology.
He is a founder and managing partner of Hollow Point Development, the platform’s luxury residential development company, and leads Diyoka Digital, its technology division. Across the portfolio his role is the same: capital, structure, and standards, with operations left to the people running each business.
He works from Dallas, Texas.
